Terms of Service ================= NIMS Materials Data Conversion Tools(M-DaC)の利用について～ ------------------------------------------------------------ **利用規則** 1.　国立研究開発法人物質・材料研究機構（以下、 **NIMS** ）では、物質・材料研究の一環として、実験データの効率的な収集と高付加価値化の技術開発を行っています。本開発で提供される「*NIMS Materials Data Conversion Tools* ( **M-DaC** )」とは、 **NIMS** が計測機器メーカーの協力を得て開発した（１）実験の主要条件やメタデータの自動抽出とその翻訳作業（可読化）の自動化、ならびに（２）多次元の数値データ行列の *Scheme on Read* 型の可読化を行うことができるプログラムおよびソースコード群を指します。今回開発した **M-DaC** を研究者等に広く使用または利用いただき、関連の技術開発をさらに推し進めることができるよう、試験用プログラム、試験用ソースコード及びサンプルデータ等（以下まとめて「本プログラム等」という）を無償で公開します。 2.　本プログラム等のうち、ライセンス欄に「**CC-BY-NC**」の表記があるサンプルデータおよび記事コンテンツについては、「クリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスの表示－非営利4.0国際」のもとで利用できます。 2-2.　本プログラム等のうち、ライセンス欄に「**MITライセンス**」の表記のある試験用ソースコードは別に示される **LICENSE_MIT.txt** に示される **MITライセンス** のもと利用できます。また、アルバック・ファイ株式会社および日本電子株式会社による試験用プログラムは、別に示される「**使用許諾書**」、「**ソフトウェア使用許諾契約書**」の範囲において使用できます。 2-3.　 **NIMS** は使用者または利用者が本プログラム等を用いて行う一切の行為について何ら責任を負うものではありません。 3.　本プログラム等は、**NIMS** 公式 **Github** （以下「公開サイト」という）で公開します。 4.　本サイトでは、公開サイトへのアクセス状況を把握するために **Google Analytics** を利用しています。 **Google Analytics** は、クッキー（ *cookie* ）を利用して使用者または利用者の情報を収集します。使用者または利用者は、本サイトを利用することで *cookie* の使用に許可を与えたものとみなします。 **Google Analytics** により収集された使用者または利用者の情報は、 **Google** 社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。 **Google Analytics** の利用規約及びプライバシーポリシーに関する説明については、 **Google Analytics** のサイトをご覧ください。​ * Google Analytics利用規約　https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/jp.html * Google プライバシー ポリシー　https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=ja 5.　公開サイトへアクセスいただくことで、使用者または利用者は本条件に同意したものとみなします。 国立研究開発法人物質・材料研究機構 作成日：2019年1月30日 改訂日：2021年4月21日 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ～About Terms of use of NIMS Material Data Conversion Tools(M-DaC). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- **Terms of service.** 1. In **NIMS** (National Institute for Materials Science), we are developing software tools as a part of our research works for finding physical and material's properties of matters, in hoping that we can obtain efficient ways to collect data and so we will be able to add higher values to the data.In this development, software tools provided as **M-Dac** (**NIMS** Materials Data Conversion Tools) refer to a group of successive software or source codes developed by **NIMS** in collaboration with manufacturers of measurement instruments, which make it possible ( 1 ) to automatically extract primary conditions and metadata for experiments and translate them into readable forms, and also ( 2 ) to transform a multiple-dimensional numerical array into a readable format through *schema-on-read* approach. Today, we release these software tools **M-Dac** free of charge, the test programs, the source codes, the sample data, etc. (we hereafter call them 'our main program set of service') in order that researchers can use **M-Dac** widely and freely, so we will be able to promote further the development of related technologies. 2. In our main program set of service, the sample data and article contents with **'CC-BY-NC'** marked in the license field are to be used under the ‘Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 International Public License (CC BY-NC 4.0).’ 2-2. In our main program set of service, the trial source codes whose license column are marked by **'MIT License'** are to be used under the **MIT License**. This license is shown in **LICENSE_MIT.txt**. The trial programs coded by ULVAC-PHI, Inc or JEOL Ltd. are to be used within the scope of the **'License Agreement'** and **'Software License Agreement'**. These **license agreements** and **MIT license** are shown separately. 2-3. We are not to take any responsibilities for actions taken by any users of our main program set of service. 3. On **NIMS** official **GitHub** (hereafter we refer to it as ‘public site’), we release main program set of service. 4. In our public site, we use **Google Analytics** to keep track of access to the public site. **Google Analytics** uses cookies to collect information about you or your use of the site. By accessing to our public site, we will take this as your agreement to use of cookies. The information collected by **Google Analytics** about you or your use of the public site will be managed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
